That's easy! We control our overhead and make a reasonable profit instead of overcharging our customers. Much of support and billing is handled from Costa Rica where our costs are much lower. Thus, you get superb web hosting at great prices! 
How do I pay for my website?
You can send us a check, pay by credit card or deposit directly to our accounts in Costa Rica. You may also wire funds to us at our banks in the USA or Costa Rica. We accept MasterCard, VISA, and Discover.

Where are your servers?
Our servers are located in the United States, in Texas and in Florida. 
Why are your servers in the USA? Is it better to host in the US?
The US currently has the best internet infrastructure in the world. Satellite, cable, fiber optics, routers and servers. If you are serious about hosting, the US is the best place. In Costa Rica, the current infrastructure simply cannot provide reliable day-to-day web hosting and email service to the world. 
Do I get my own email server? Yes. Each hosting plan includes access to your own email server, both SMTP and POP3 
You state that I receive my own hosting control panel. Where can I see it? Right here (click). For Login use Demo2 for the password use Demo11 (case sensitive!) 
Do you accept credit cards? Yes. We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover. You may also pay by check or deposit to our Banks. 
How reliable is your service?
Our servers have an uptime of 99.96% We are very reliable.

Can I use FrontPage to make my website? Sure! We provide the necessary FrontPage extensions, but do look at the hosting comparisons. Linux and Windows are both support4d, but Windows is a bit better if you use FrontPage. 
How often do your servers go down or offline? Very, very seldom. Out UP time is well over 99% 
What are the IP addresses for TicoSites Domain Name Servers? We currently have EIGHT name servers. When you sign up for web hosting with us, we will send you an email with the correct name servers for your account. Where do I get support when I need it? In addition to phone support, we offer an advanced trouble ticket system which tracks all support requests. Once you are hosting with use, you will be provided with all the necessary information. 
Do you have special Plans for Webmasters? Yes. If you are a web master hosting your own clients, we have special plans and pricing for you. These plans are extremely cost effective if you host eight or more websites. Contact sales for more information. 
Does your domain registration service offer domain forwarding service?
We sure do! You can point any domain you host with us to any other website or IP address. 
How will I know when my domain is about to expire? We start sending you annoying reminders about two months before the domain expires! It is therefore very important that you always maintain a current, valid email address associated with each domain. This is done using your domain manager.
